Meet the Doctors

A Midwest native, Dr. Bonikowske was born and raised in Central Wisconsin, later relocating to Milwaukee, WI to attend Marquette University. There she earned a Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Sciences and attended Marquette University School of Dentistry. After practicing dentistry in the Milwaukee area after dental school, she has now relocated to Illinois. Dr. Bonikowske’s practice philosophy revolves around always putting the patient first and providing a positive and equitable experience for all patients. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking, reading, and all things outdoors. Fun Fact: Dr. Bonikowske used to be the dentist for the Milwaukee County Zoo!  

Dr. Ebad Muqtader graduated with his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from UIC College of Dentistry. He chose dentistry because he is a hands on type of person and he enjoys how interactive dentistry can be. His priority as a healthcare provider is to provide the highest quality of care to his patients while also building collaborative relationships to ensure he meet their needs. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, cooking, traveling, and being outdoors.  

Dr. Myracle obtained his DMD degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 1988. He grew up in the St. Louis area and attended Aurora College. He earned a B.S. in Chemistry and played soccer throughout his collegiate career. In 1993 he opened Cross County Dental Center in Mattoon, Illinois. He feels fortunate to have built lasting relationships with his patients and the Mattoon community.
